QiGong - Training Of The Mind, Body And Breath
Tuesdays 10.30am – 11.30am, Severin Hall. Restarts on 15 January 2019, with a maximum of 14 participants in class.
Chinese QiGong is an ancient form of Tai Chi, dating back thousands of years. There are many different styles and forms of Tai Chi and QiGong. While there is a martial arts version, this class will focus on the remedial aspect of QiGong and its health benefits, supporting the immune system and stress release. It is not dissimilar to Tai Chi and includes the training of the mind, body and breath in order to prevent and treat disease. Class size is limited to 14 people.
